Journal of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles (JICV)has officially embarked on a new chapter in its development. In 2026, JICV fully transitioned back to SciOpen, the international digital publishing platform developed independently by Tsinghua University Press. This transition not only signifies that China's first English-language Open Access journal in the field of intelligent and connected vehicles has entered a new stage of growth, but also represents a major milestone in the journal's commitment to its founding mission: actively participating in global science and technology governance and serving the international academic community.
We sincerely invite experts from both academia and industry worldwide to join us on this independent and innovative platform. Together, we can drive the deep integration of cutting-edge research with market demands, accelerate the transformation of innovative achievements into real-world productivity, and lead the upgrade and evolution of the smart mobility industry.
